This is for someone who has a floor plan in hand and wants to lay it out to build it (and then only if they're a bit of a masochist because most hard-core CAD programs are more intuitive than this.) Overall Review: If you're just looking to dream a little and try some different floor plans or designs, this is *not* the software for you. Applying textures almost always "floods" entire plan. Moving the viewpoint has the most pathetic interface. Once rendered though, moving the viewpoint will result in the entire scene spinning several times per second.
3D Rendering is slow even with an E8400 CPU and HD3850 video card. Interface is pretty hideous especially for viewing in 3D. Once you've added a floor material you apparently can't delete it, meaning you have to start a new floor plan and copy everything else to it.
